On the site of the former Police Boys Club in the heart of Paddington, this project was completed in 2010 by Evri Group (part of the NDH Group of companies) in collaboration with Living Design Projects. The design of the new residences is a modern interpretation of the heritage terrace houses that give the precinct its unique identity. The development consists of seven large terrace houses each with their own double car basement garage.
