...only 2 in the ACT.... 

……there are currently only 55 or 9.5% of rated base buildings nationally that have achieved this rating (5 star NABERS) without the benefit of Green Power, with only 2 in the ACT, namely Centraplaza and Discovery House Stage 2…..
