RENTAL PAYMENTS

We would like to encourage our tenants to take advantage of automatic direct depositing their monthly rental commitments. This is our preferred method of payment. It not only removes the problem of remembering to pay rent each month but also reduces administration costs for both parties. We would be more than happy to assist on its implementation if required.


Please remember when establishing your direct deposit to ensure your bank identifies your deposit, to ensure allocation to your account.

Rent is normally due monthly In Advance on the 1st of the month.
