The NDH group of companies is a Canberra based property services business.
The business has been established since 1986 although the groups association with the construction industry commenced in the early 1960's.

Beginning with the building of speculative cottage homes, the company has substantially grown to become one of the largest private investment and development groups in the Australian Capital Territory. Presently NDH has an investment portfolio in excess of 50,000m² of commercial and industrial property spread across more than 20 sites throughout the ACT and NSW.



Our core disciplines are property development, construction, property management, property investment and asset management. Previously the majority of the developments have been retained as part of the portfolio as long term investments.



NDH has significant interest in sustainability and is committed to building new and upgrading existing major office stock to target a minimum 4.5 star ABGR ratings. All major new stock is targeted to obtain a Greenstar rating with the Green Building Council.

NDH Property Services is an active member of the Property Council of Australia (formerly BOMA), Master Builders Association (MBA), Green Building Council Australia (GBCA) and Family Business Australia (FBA).

NDH has also been awarded a Property Industry Award from the Real estate Institute of the ACT in recognition of valuable contribution to development and growth of Canberra.
